Shipping & Returns

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 1-2 business days.

a. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

b. International Orders
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Shipping times.
We ship our products from our warehouses in the United States, using UPS as our main delivery carrier. USPS is used primarily for military APO and FPO addresses. We ship 98% of our daily orders on the same day. However we do not offer the Same Day Delivery.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS


Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. RMA number is valid for 14 days (product must be received by Partsmate.net, LLC within 14 days of receipt of RMA).Otherwise warranty for product will be voided.
We do not give Return Merchandise Authorizations over the phone.
Please fill up RMA form.

We will issue the Return Authorization based on the following reasons:
1. Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, you must complete our Return Merchandise Authorization Form and obtain a Return authorization Number. Please write down the RMA number on the box.
2. Exchanges. In the event that we make a mistake in your order, you must complete our Return Merchandize Authorization Form and obtain Return Authorization Number. Please write down the RMA number on the box.
3. Customer Return. Any item (except electrical, electronic and ignition items) can be return within 20 days of the receipt of your order. All items must be return in original OEM packaging, without any visible wear and tear.

There will be 20% restocking fee and shipping charges subtracted from the original amount of the invoice.

Absolutely no returns on electrical, electronic and ignition items. Please write down the RMA number on the box.

Customer is responsible for :

Matching serial numbers to the invoice; proper packaging of the returned product; all shipping charges to return the product to Partsmate.net, LLC.

Keeping/ensuring time-frames of RMA and Warranty periods; ensuring all accessories are returned with product; providing return reason and detailed description of the problem.

Insuring RMA number is visible on the shipping label (on shipping label only, do not write on the retail box).

Customer is advised to use carrier with tracking capability, as sender (customer) is fully responsible for shipping the (returned) package.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund (UNLESS THE PRODUCT, IN OUR DISCRETION AND BASED ON OUR TESTING, AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IS DEFECTIVE OR THE PRODUCT IS NOT THE PRODUCT YOU ORDERED, BASED ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION).

Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases where restocking fee applies.

Customer has the option of receiving the product back at the customer's expense. The customer must notify us of that option in RMA letter.

Typically returns are processed by the RMA department within 7 business days from the date of receipt. Processing time may vary for different products. The return status may be checked online.

Partsmate.net, LLC reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair (by sending it to the manufacturer), or to refund, store credit in accordance with our return policy.
